So, if Kara could go anywhere or vice versa, what would you like to see? Any and all worlds can collide (Anything, from Star Wars to LOTR). Some crossings can only be pure ridiculousness, others might surprisingly fit quite well.
Disregard all real-life logistics/legal issues.

Well, if Kara went to Westeros or the Free Cities, how would the dragons react?
I'd like to see her in Justice League or with Wonder Woman--those are movies though.
And Lucifer (because that is my new favorite show). But, I am not sure what she will do there. It might be hilarious to have Chloe deal with a new super human and Lucifer deal with someone angelic but from another planet--Did dad create other planets? Why didn't he tell me? Or may be, he was always aware of it, in case, he can tell something to Kara such as: I am really Rao.

I want her to please go to Star City and save it already! Oliver has been at it for five years and it's still a mess. She could just swoop in, take out all the bad guys, brush the dust off her hands, and be like "anyone up for some donuts"?

To be fair though that is how all hero shows work. Before Kara saved that plane, National City was a peaceful place.
