"Speaking with TVLine on Sunday at the Television Critics Association winter press tour, CW president Mark Pedowitz said that “production issues” played a part in the decision to (put Supergirl on hiatus for 9 weeks).
"“The fans of Supergirl should not be worried in any way, shape or form. We are big believers in the show, and big believers in [series lead] Melissa [Benoist] and the direction of the show.”
