Watching Arrow again, mainly for the crossover. A lot of this season is about that FBI agent trying to bust them.
Why is he illegal but Barry is not? And if it is because he has killed in the past, members of his team haven't but they're still hunted.
Maybe because someone dies almost every episode of Arrow?????? That's kinda illegal.
